QuickQ Terms of Service
Please read the following usage rules and responsibilities before using the QuickQ website and software.
Quick answer: By using QuickQ you agree to these terms: the service must not be used for any illegal or harmful activity; normal use has no ordinary bandwidth caps; purchases are non-refundable unless applicable law or the checkout page states otherwise; and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for criminal activity, spam, port scanning, attacks, malware distribution, fraud, phishing, network sabotage or any conduct deemed illegal or harmful. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and all activity performed through your account.
Service Availability
Service scope, speed, location and quality may vary. Maintenance, third-party failures, equipment, network limitations, interference and congestion may cause interruption or reduced performance. Network speeds are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy and Logs
We do not record user browsing activity, websites visited, DNS lookups or email content. Limited server access attempts may be retained for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Fair Use
We do not impose ordinary bandwidth or data limits. Automated sessions or usage that places an excessive load on the network and interferes with other users may be restricted, suspended or terminated.
Installation and Updates
We reserve the right to provide certificates, security fixes and future software updates when required for operation of the service.
Third Parties
The service may display third-party content or provide access to third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms, and QuickQ is not responsible for their content or operation.
Premium Services
QuickQ may offer paid premium services. Available features, server locations, device limits, prices and promotional terms are shown before purchase and may change over time. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law or stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable. Performance can be affected by ISP, location, censorship, device settings and other factors outside our control.
Ownership
QuickQ and its services, interfaces, software, graphics, text and related materials are owned by Airui Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
Changes to this Agreement
We may revise these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically. You may use QuickQ only if you agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms.
